Saturday, March 6, 2010

 Mount Snow – 2:00 to 4:00PM

Pizza, Soda & BYOB at Clubhouse – 5:00PM 

Skier & Boarder categories.

Format is head-to-head; each racer gets two chances.

$15 entry fee.  Easy access for spectators.

Decks, Decks and Decks!
Rear decks of all condos will be brought up to code.

Vermont Labor and Industries has reviewed their ban of charcoal and gas grills at the condominiums and that policy has changed. Gas grills are allowed on the condominium decks, but charcoal grills are not allowed.

Also, please note that storing propane tanks inside a condo unit is a violation of Vermont Fire Codes.

If you wish to replace your windows, doors, sliders, etc. you must go through Architectural Review.
