Tennis Court Rules
Players from different units (playing together) can only sign up for one hour at a time!
Your group may sign up for the next hour of play only after playing out your reserved court time. ***
FOR
WEEKDAY COURT TIME - Monday through Friday:
The sign up sheet will be posted after 8 PM the night before (Sunday through
Thursday Night)
Doubles and singles: one hour playing time.
Be prompt! Your reserved court time will be lost if you are not on the court within 10 minutes of scheduled playing time.
The court will be locked during maintenance or rainy weather.
Smooth soled shoes or tennis shoes only!!
Please do not forget to brush the courts and sweep the lines five minutes before the completion of your court time.
Under 14 years old? Adult supervision required.
Please keep the playing area clean. Trashcans are available at courtside.

Example: If you signed up to play between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. you may sign

for the 10 a.m. slot at 10 a.m.!

10 AM through 7:30 PM every day (weather permitting.)

Parking regulations return to top
a)
All units are issued (2) parking passes that allow you to park in front
of your building.
It does not guarantee
parking in front of your unit (condo's).
b)
Parking passes are available from the on-site manager.
c)
Overflow parking is available around the complex (green sign).
d)
Please read the parking regulations on the back of your parking pass.
To keep your car from being towed:
a)
Display your parking pass.
b)
Park only in front of your building of occupancy.
c) Park
in a designated overflow area.
d)
Do not park in the road.
Recycling is limited, at this time to any deposit bottle or can. Recycling items should be placed in any of the three green igloos (bins) located at the compactor area.
The compactor is for household trash only. No furniture, appliances, mattresses or bed frames/springs are to be placed in the compactor. For disposal of the items take to the landfill or please call the TPW Office. The compactor is located on Polar Bear North next to the garage. Please call the the TPW office for disposal of metal items such as bed frames, stoves, etc.

Transfer Station Information:
Sticker Information: All residents and property owners using the transfer station
are encouraged to purchase an annual sticker. Stickers are available at the
Town Clerk's Office (on Route 100) and the cost is $5 for cars and $15 for
commercial use. NOTE: all prices below are doubled without
a current annual sticker!
Transfer
station location: Dorr - Fitch Road.
From Bears Crossing: Turn left onto Handle Road, turn right at stop sign onto
Tannery Road. At next stop sign head south on Route 100. Dorr Fitch road will
be on your left after you pass the West Dover Inn. The Transfer Station will
be a couple of miles down on your left - look for the Transfer Station sign.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Sunday: 8:30 am - 11:30 am
Tuesdays and Thursdays: CLOSED
Transfer Station Fee
examples:
General Fee: $25 per cubic yard
Appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.): $18 each
Mattresses: $10.00 each
The clubhouse hours vary by season.
From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend the clubhouse is open (7) days a week from 8:30 A.M. to 8 P.M.
During
ski season the clubhouse is open:
Sunday from 8:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Monday, and Thursday from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30
P.M.
Friday, Saturday from 8:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Closed Tuesday
and Wednesday.
During holiday periods the clubhouse is open everyday from
8:30 A.M. to 8 P.M.

Please remember - Our firewood supply is not unlimited!
1) Firewood is provided to each unit usually by November 1st.
(If you have not received your firewood please let call the office and leave a message..)
2) Firewood is not supplied to heat your unit.
3) Subsequent deliveries to the unit will be the responsibility of the owner.
4) Burning firewood not supplied by the Association is not permitted in the
condominiums.
